Add or Modify a Roadway Maintenance and Rehabilitation Schedule Record

This dialog is launched when the "Edit Record" button is clicked for a "Rehabilitation Schedule" record in the Add/Modify Roadway Assembly dialog.

This form allows users to easily add, modify and navigate through the list of "Rehabilitation Schedule" records.

Note:
Each "Rehabilitation Activity Type" parent record must have a unique combination of "Year After Initial Completion" and "Activity Type". Failure to ensure this unique pairing will cause record navigation to always go to the first of the pairs in the list.
